Is DMHandler made by Meta?

No. DMHandler is an independent product by WAINS Solutions. It connects through Meta's official Messenger Platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

Will people know they're talking to AI?

Yes. Automated replies are labelled, and anyone can type "human" to reach your team. Political and other sensitive Pages always label AI replies.

Can AI say something wrong?

AI answers only from the material you give it and hands off when it isn't confident. You can start in suggest-only mode and approve every draft before it is sent.

Can I broadcast to all my contacts?

Messenger allows promotional messages within 24 hours of someone's last message to your Page. DMHandler sends only to contacts inside that window and shows how many are held back before you send.

Do you accept casino and gambling Pages?

Only licensed operators whose Pages Meta permits to promote gambling in their markets. We ask for licence details during sign-up, and age checks stay on.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Export contacts as CSV at any time. After you cancel, workspace data is deleted within 30 days, or right away on request.
